Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a $50 deposit, which will be applied towards your treatment cost. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or for no-shows.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We have implemented this policy to ensure that if you cannot attend your appointment we can then accommodate patients requiring our care. If you are unable to attend, or need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.

Our Cancellation and Late Notice Reschedule Policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to make any changes or cancel. Rescheduling or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 fee or deposit forfeited.

Please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
